Text and call Aldo
SMS terms
Aldo’s optional text-message service is operated by Logan Sack, a sole proprietor. Last updated October 4, 2026.
After signing in, verifying your personal phone number, and enabling Text messages in Settings → Integrations, you consent to receive conversational SMS from Aldo at that number. Messages include replies to your requests and status updates about work you ask Aldo to do. Message frequency varies with your requests. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS is optional and consent is not a condition of purchasing or using Aldo. You can use the app without enabling SMS. Enable calls separately; caller ID alone does not authenticate a call.
Text STOP to opt out, or disable Text messages or disconnect your number in Settings → Integrations. To reconnect after STOP, text START and enable Text messages in the app. Text HELP for help, or contact logancsack@gmail.com.
Carrier delivery can be delayed or unavailable. Check the app if a request fails or delivery is uncertain before submitting it again. SMS cannot approve or discard drafts; review and approve them in the signed-in Aldo app.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Aldo’s Privacy Policy explains how your phone number, messages, and consent are used.
