Give every personan assistant.

When each person gets more done, more projects are worth funding, and more people are worth hiring to run them. Aldo for companies is in early access.

What the hours are worth.

Ambition, not headcount: the hours Aldo gives back go into the work only people can do.

What published research has found about AI at work. These studies measured AI assistance in general, not Aldo.

Built for a company’s people.

Accounts stay each person’s own. The company’s plan covers them while they’re in it.

A seat for each person
The company’s plan gives each person a seat with its own credits, never pooled, so one person’s busy month never empties anyone else’s.
Cost and computers, never contents
Owners and admins see each person’s credits by thread and by day, and the titles, state and computers of threads started in the company. Never what’s in them.
Controls, on the record
Admins can stop a thread’s computers, pause someone’s work or set their usage limit. Each action is written to the company’s Activity first, and the person is told.
Ways in that stay closed
Prove your domain with a DNS record, then choose: invite only, ask an admin, or join right away while seats are free. Every way in ends in an invite to one address.
Teams as labels
Group people by team for invites, filtering and usage. Being on a team never changes what anyone can do.
Work that stays when people leave
Someone who leaves takes none of the company’s threads. Each is copied, conversation and files, with their own secrets taken out, for a colleague to carry on, or kept 30 days for an admin to hand on.

Safe for company work.

The same protections as every account, and an admin view that shows cost, never contents.

A computer for each thread
Threads never share a machine, so one person’s work never sees another’s.
Secrets that stay sealed
Each saved secret is sealed on its own. Logins are typed in for the agent, and keys can be added on the way out, so it uses them without reading them.
Spending that asks first
Payments wait for a yes every time, and extra usage stops at the limit you set.
Not used for training
Aldo doesn’t use your work to train AI models, and its own models go only to providers that don’t train on it.

All questions
How do seats and billing work?
For now, Aldo’s team sets up a company’s plan with you. Each person in it gets a seat with the plan’s credits, renewed monthly; someone who joins partway gets the rest of the month.
Can admins read people’s threads?
No. They see cost and computers: credits, thread titles, state and machines. Never conversations, files or vault values. Each person keeps their own account, logins and vault.
Which AI plans can people use?
Each person’s agents run on their own Claude plan (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise), ChatGPT plan (Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise), SuperGrok, X Premium+ or a Muse Code plan, or on Aldo’s included models. Seats on your company’s Claude or ChatGPT plan work.
What happens to an account at our domain?
An account at a domain the company proved is the company’s. Removing it closes it, and it’s deleted after 30 days unless an admin restores it. Anyone else who leaves keeps their own account.
Do you support single sign-on?
Not yet. Everyone signs in as themselves, and only an invite to their own address lets them in.
